Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the PLAG Ministries website, participating in our community initiatives, or submitting content to our archives, you agree to these Terms of Service. PLAG Ministries is currently a non-profit organization in formation.

2. Legacy Content License When you submit stories, memories, photographs, or interview responses (the "Content") to PLAG Ministries:

• License Grant: You grant PLAG Ministries a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute the Content in connection with our mission, including but not limited to publications, digital media, and fundraising presentations.

• Humanity Clause: In keeping with our editorial standards, we commit to preserving the humanity and "unfiltered" truth of submitted stories. We reserve the right to edit for clarity, flow, and readability without omitting the core essence of the narrative.

• Representation: You confirm that you own the rights to any Content provided and that its publication does not violate any third-party rights.

3. Event & Participation Fees All fees associated with vendor placement, registration, or ticketed entry to PLAG Ministries initiatives are non-refundable and constitute support for the organization’s operational and charitable goals.

4. Tax-Exempt Status Disclosure PLAG Ministries is currently in the formation process. Contributions, fees, and payments are not currently tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. We will update our community once our 501(c)(3) status is finalized.

5. Limitation of Liability PLAG Ministries is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during our community events or physical gatherings.
